I retired in April this year, having been involved in the injection moulding machine industry for 38 years. Starting out with Cincinnati Milacron, I subsequently joined Demag, before spending the last 24 years of my career at ENGEL. 

I joined ENGEL in 2002 as Managing Director of ENGEL UK, then in 2018 joined the Austrian parent company. Initially I was President - Western Europe, with direct responsibility for all subsidiaries and sales channels in this region. Over the next 8 years my territory was steadily enlarged, ultimately becoming President – EMIA, covering Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. 

I am now retired, although I take on ad hoc short term consultancy work to maintain a connection with the industry.
