Prior to being a joint founder of PS Partnerships where he is Technical Director, Paul was Consultancy Director at Smithers MSE Ltd and held technical management positions with the material supplier Ticona (now Celanese) . His background is in supporting businesses with plastics materials manufacture, formulation, testing due diligence investigation, technology transfer and product development. He has substantial experience in the development and assessment of new products working with both SME’s and large blue chip clients. Customers have included construction, food, cosmetic and medical sectors in the UK, Asia and USA. Paul provides learning and development programmes for professionals in product development and business risk management. Registered and approved technical legal expert witness for polymer product/materials related civil and criminal cases.
