Table Booking Conditions
: Cancellations received on or after 1st June 2019 but before 1st August 2019 will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the table booking(s) or ticket(s) price + VAT.

Cancellations on or after 1st August 2019 will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the table booking(s) or ticket(s) price + VAT. Payments to be made by 15th September 2019.

Award Entries: All fields must be completed online within the entry fields of the submission form. Please read the questions carefully. The significant portion of the entries must have taken place in the 18-month period from January 2018 - May 2019.  Judging for the awards will take place in June 2019. Entry deadline is the 31st May 2019. The winners will be chosen and announced at the Plastics Industry Awards 2019 in London on Friday 27 September 2019.
